URGENT NEED FOR PEOPLE TO FEED FISH BRUCE MALLARD 519-534-1274
2009 MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS ARE DUE BY END OF DECEMBER

OFAH 16th Annual Zone H meeting held on November 15 at Sydenham Sportsmen's Association.
OFAH Zone H Meeting

The Minister of Natural Resources visited our hatchery October 27, 2008.
• We currently have 50,000 in the hatchery. The Barrow Bay club will receive 5,000 fingerlings for their egg collection support and another 20,000 will be stocked in Colpoy’s Bay in mid November which will leave about 30,000 to fin clip and stock next spring.
The association needs volunteers!
There are a number of jobs which need someone(s) to step forward. There are short term jobs such as: fish feeding (one or two week commitment) or longer term jobs such as coordinating the Pork & Beef BBQ or Ways and Means. If you are a member and have not gotten involved in the past, but have a little time to spare, please think about getting involved and helping out. The more people involved, the lighter the load is for everyone. For anyone interested, please contact Mike Lutman (519-534-4786).

The following is a list of upcoming guest speakers:
Nick Reynolds OMNR Enforcement Supervisor
May Stephen Marklevitz
Chinook Salmon Study
June Chris La Forest (Bruce County)
ATVs and County forest

For many of us, Ontario means the Canadian Shield. It means forests and lakes. It means fish and wildlife. It means NATURE. Save the MNR
