What's new

The Bruce Peninsula Sportsmen's Association wishes to thank MP Larry Miller for bringing the Honourable Loyola Hearn, Minister of Fisheries and Oceans to our area. The Association provided an evening of fishing on Colpoy's Bay, an early morning breakfast with the association's
executive, and a hatchery tour. Minister Hearn expressed his concerns for the decline in the local fishery and his desire to help resolve many of the issues surrounding the fishery.
The association needs volunteers!
There are a number of jobs which need someone(s) to step forward. There are short term jobs such as: fish feeding (one or two week commitment) or longer term jobs such as coordinating the Pork & Beef BBQ or Ways and Means. If you are a member and have not gotten involved in the past, but have a little time to spare, please think about getting involved and helping out. The more people involved, the lighter the load is for everyone. For anyone interested, please contact Mike Lutman (519-534-4786).

The following is a list of upcoming guest speakers:
May Stephen Marklevitz
Chinook Salmon Study
June Chris La Forest (Bruce County)
ATVs and County forest

For many of us, Ontario means the Canadian Shield. It means forests and lakes. It means fish and wildlife. It means NATURE. Save the MNR
