On Sunday, April 15/12, members of the Bruce Peninsula Sportsmen's Association (BPSA) stocked 15,000 yearling Rainbow Trout in the crystal clear waters of Gleason Brook (Oxenden).

• 22 youth attended this year's youth awards on April 15. They all received compasses. 11 youths were unable to attend and will receive their compass later.
• The youth trap shoot will be held at the North Grey Bruce Rod and Gun Club Saturday May 26, 2012 at 10am.
• Archery field course is almost complete with four more butts to be put up, distance marker stakes to be relocated and marked with distances, and target faces have to be purchased.
• Anyone using the field course is asked to join the Archery Club. Junior archers are welcome to shoot the field course, if they have their own equipment.

They spend tens of thousands of hours volunteering in conservation initiatives that benefit fish and wildlife, game and nongame species. Conservation efforts include emergency deer feeding, trail maintenance, shoreline naturalization, bank stabilization, fish culture programs and much more .
